MBus SLAVE jest konwerterem M-bus SLAVE na interfejs RS-232. Może być używany do podłączania urządzeń z interfejsem RS-232 takich jak: PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), cyfrowe lub analogowe urządzenia wejść lub wyjść, mierniki ogrzewania, liczniki energii elektrycznej, rejestratory danych, etc.
Konwerter MBus SLAVE jest wyposażony we wskaźniki TX, RX, LED.
